Mrs. H. E. Carson Funeral Memorial Card, 1889

Funeral Memorial Card of Mrs. H. E. Carson There is no Death! what seems so is
This life of Mortal breath
Is but a suburb of the life elysian,
Whose portal we call Death.

In Loving Remembrance of

Mrs. H. E. Carson,

Wife of R. H. Carson,

Died Nov. 9, 1889
Aged 63 yrs. 8 mos. 23 dys.

A precious one from us has gone,
A voice we loved is stilled,
A place is vacant in our home,
Which never can be filled.

God in His wisdom has recalled
The boon His love had given;
And though the body moulders here,
The soul is save in Heaven.
