January the 14th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse. After Divine service -- Dismissed.

February the 11th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. br Edmond Chambers Requested Recommedation for him and his wife from this Church to the Church they now belong granted them.

March the 10th 1804 -- the Church met it being in Corse -- 1st. br. Thomas Callihan returned the Letter he rec'd from us.

April the 14th 1804 -- the Church met it being in Corse -- 1st. Appointed Sacrament meeting in June -- 2nd. br. Henry Moulder requested a letter of Dismition -- granted.

May the 12th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse.

June the 9th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse.

July the 14th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corese -- 1st. Considered the queary from Gap Creek to the Assn. If a man leave his wife without any cause & takes another woman & continues to live with her & have children Does he leave the former bound or free -- we say bound. 2nd. Chose Delligates to the Assn. br. Stephen Colyer -- br. Humphrey Mount & br. John Cate Jr. -- 3rd. granted br. Stephen Colyer license to preach the gospel wheresoever his lot may be cast & the Clerk to write them.

August the 11th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. Chose Br. John Lakey Moderator -- 2nd. Appointed br. Humphrey Mount & brother (p.24) John Russell to site br. Wm. Chambers to tend next Church meeting S- on Sunday the 15th day of July 1804 -- Rec'd sister Sarah Cates by experience & sister Nancy Carver by experience & br. Isaac Newman Jr. by expr. & on August the Church rec'd Sister Elizabeth Cate by experience.

September the 8th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse. 1st. br. Chambers came forward and gave in his reason for not attending Church meeting.

October the 13th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse and after Divine Service Dismist.

November the 10th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- first Laid br. Thomas Callihan under Censure of this Church for drinking & dancing -- 2nd. Appointed brethren Wm. Cate & br. John Tylor to Cite Br. Wm. Chambers to attend next Church meeting & the same brethren to Cite br. James Tylor to attend the next Church meeting -- 3rd. -- Appointed brethren Wm. Cate and br. Humphrey Mount Delligates to attend at Bever Ridge meeting house to try if they can restore the Church Ridge Church to union again.

December the 8th 1804 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- first br. James Tylor (p.25) came forward & acknowledged that he had drunk two much Liquor & the Church rec'd his repentance as their satisfaction -- 2nd. After some Labours with br. W. Chambers we have to excommunicate br. Wm. Chambers from the Union of this Church for drinking of two much Spirits & for neglecting to attend Church meeting & for neglecting to hear the Church.

January the 12th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. br. Thomas Calihan came forward & gave the Church satisfaction.

February the 9th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- first appointed Sacrament our meeting in April.

March 9th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1 -- Rec'd Br. Absolem Ciplen and his wife Sarah -- 2 -- the Minister of the Assn. Red and the answer of the queary of the East fork of Poplar not received.

April the 13th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. br. John Tylor requested letters of Dismition for him and his wife & granted -- 2nd. br. James Tylor granted a letter of Dismition.

May the 11th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- first Sister Mary Queen Requested & granted a letter of Dismition.

June 8th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse.

July 13th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. Br. Wm. Cate Complained against Bro. Isaac Newman for stopping for forse of a Note that Br. Newman has sold -- the Church not being agreed the mater laid over till next meeting in Corse and Call for help from three Churches -- Viz. the fork of French Broad & Holston Church -- the Arm of little Pigeon Church and French Broad Church.

August 10th 1805 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. Rec'd the Brethren that was deligated from the sister Churches to set with us in a Church way -- 2 - Appointed the deligates that was sent from the Sister Churches a Committee to settle the matter between Br. W. Cate and Br. J. Newman -- We as the committee justify Bro. Newman in stoping the forse of the Note -- therefore not Censurable. -- John Harbert Suggs -- Moderator. 4th. Chose deligates -- Viz. Br. Coplin & Br. John Cate Jr. to write the Churches letter to the Association.

September 14th 1805 -- the Church met it being in Corse.

October 12th 1805 -- the Church met if being in Corse -- 1st. Sister Mary Carter Requested and granted a letter of dismission -- 2nd. Br. Coplin granted a letter of dismission for himself & his wife -- 3r. Bro. Thomas Callihan granted a letter of dismission.

December 14th 1805 -- the Church met it being in Corse -- 1st. the Minutes of the Association Red and approved -- 2nd. Bro. Robert Stockton gave a few lines of Reccomendation.

November the 9th. 1805 -- Church met according to appointment and after worship proceeded to business -- 1st. the matter of Cates & Newman laid over till next meeting.

January 11th. 1806 -- the Church met it being in Course -- 1st. the matter between Br. Newman and Cate laid over till next meeting in Corse.

March the 8th 1806 -- the Church met it being in Corse -- 1st. the matter between Br. Newman and Br. W. Cate laid over till next meeting -- Br. W. Cate not being present Br. Manard and Sister Manard Rec'd by letter also Br. & Sister Colley Rec'd by letter and Sister Moore Rec'd by letter.

April the 10th 1806 -- the Church met it being in Corse. 1st. the case between Br. Cate and Newman laid over till next meeting in Corse -- 2nd. Sister Nancy Richards and Isabel Robinson.

May the 10th 1806 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. the matter between Br. Isaac Newman and Br. Cate is threw out of the Church & each one is to try to Bear there own burdens -- 2nd. A report taken up concerning a grievance of Sister Barns & Br. Colyear and Br, Thomas Jones appointed to Cite Sister Barnes and Sister Margaret Grissom to attend the next meeting -- 3rd. Br. Humphrey Mount and John Hickman appointed Sister Margret Rimmonton to attend next meeting.

June 14th 1806 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. the aggreived persons carried forward and made known to the Church the cause of their distress between them. Viz -- Sister Barnes children went to the house of Mrs. Tyre and abused sd. Tyre child -- Brother Lorance interfeared to get Sister Barnes children corrected -- They did not use his influence to keep said Tyre from going to the law for which Sister Barnes is distressed with Br. Lorance -- the Church taking up the Business But not afecting union lay it over for Consideration till next meeting in Course.

July 12th 1806 -- The Church met it being in Corse -- 1st. the Cause of Sister Barnes & Br. Lorance Laid over on account of Sister Barnes being sick 2nd. Bro. Mount and Hickman Reappointed to site Sister Rimmonton to attend our next meeting.

August 9th 1806 -- the Church met it being meeting in Corse -- 1st. the Cause of Sister Grissom not being present the matter laid over till next meeting in Course. 2nd. -- Sister Marget came forward and acknowledged that she was wrong in not attending, (p.29) meeting and we forgive her hoping that she will attend meeting as much as she possible can. -- 3rd. Deligates chosen to the Assn. Bros. Stephen Colyear -- Wm. Cate and John Cate Jr.

September 13th 1806 -- the Church met it being in Course. 1st. the Cause between the Sister Barnes and Sister Grissom and Br. Lorance and Sister Lorance and Sister Lorance the Church Rec'd there acknowledgements for their Satisfaction.

November the 8th1806 -- the Church met it being meeting in Course -- 1st. (Rest is Illegible from the Copy -- AHB)

December 1806 -- the Church did not meet on Saturday but Sunday -- granted Br. Stephen Colyear a letter of dismission.
